Alligatoring is a surface condition only and sounds much worse than it is. But it calls for SECTIONAL  ROOF REPAIR.

                          

 

                     
Cracking
 

Cracking requires careful inspection. Insert a pocket knife,  
if cracks are surface only, a normal application of PACE's         ROOF  RENEWAL roof coatings, WET-JET or SILVERLEAF, remedies the problem. If deep cracks extending into the roof mat    are found, then a SECTIONAL ROOF REPAIR is imperative.  



Imbedding Fabron      Applying SEAL-TEX  

On built-up paper roofs in an advanced state of deterioration, sizable areas can show extreme alligatoring and cracking. For these roofs, PACE's perfected SECTIONAL ROOF REPAIR provides a simple sectional recap that is easily installed.

The effected area is liberally coated with SEAL-TEX Bonding Adhesive (always extending 6 inches beyond the repair area). Within 5 to 10 minutes - no longer - FABRON is imbedded.

SEAL-TEX applied at the rate of  2 gallons per 100 square feet provides proper adhesion for FABRON's 100 pound per square inch Tensile Strength. FABRON overlapped 6 inches provides complete reinforcement of the weakened area.
